These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mykakiya.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order on this website.
3. Products and Descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately. Product photographs are illustrative; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Formulations and packaging may be updated from time to time — the ingredient list supplied with the product you receive takes precedence over any description on this website.
Kakiya products are cosmetic skincare products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. Always consult your GP or dermatologist regarding a diagnosed skin condition, and continue any treatment prescribed to you.
Individual results vary. Testimonials describe the experience of the individuals quoted and are not a guarantee of the results you will obtain.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all UK orders.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full; we will always contact you first.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other regulated payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.
We do not operate a subscription or auto-renewal programme. Every order is a one-off purchase, and you will never be charged again unless you place a new order yourself.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock — we will notify you and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Your right to cancel, our 90-day money-back guarantee, and the returns procedure are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and page layouts — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for losses arising from your failure to follow the product instructions or to seek medical advice where appropriate.

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
