  • Payment information: processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Browsing information: cookies and similar technologies collect device data, IP address and browsing behaviour to make the site work and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information, and Our Legal Basis

  • To process and deliver your orders and send order and tracking notifications — performance of a contract.
  • To provide customer support and process refunds under our 90-day money-back guarantee — performance of a contract.
  • To send marketing emails, only where you have opted in — consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • To measure advertising performance and improve the store — consent for non-essential cookies, legitimate interests for aggregate analytics.
